COLLABORATION: REICHEN ET ROBERT & ASSOCIESLOCATION: CARRIERE-SOUS-POISSYSURFACE: 18.150 MSQPHAZE: DCE (EXE.)

In association with Reichen et Robert & associés, the project is a complete urban block of 250 flats, 970msq of commercial surface, 246 places of car park at the southern door of the city. Strict alignement on parcel edges confers the boulevard an urban character. Densely built on its outside, the block offers a variated and lower-built heart.

Stopped in 2012, a new building permit has been edited. So I have completely drawn executive phasis. Part of material and constructive choices have been modified to follow technical studies responses.

COLLABORATION: MARC MIMRAMLOCATION: BORDEAUXSURFACE: 4.550 MSQPHAZE: DOSSIER MARCHE (EXE.)

In the amber of «Bordeaux 50» territorial project, 50 000 new building are planned. Three urban blocks see the light along the river. Our job is based on terrace spaces variety and on roof shapes originality. Thanks to several architecture offices contribution, density transforms itself into lifestyle.

Over F01, F04 and Podium buildings, we were in charge of prospects and sections general synthesis. We aimed to stabilish an equity between technics detailling and realism in execution. In facts, our mission during construction will be simply limited to control building permit respect.

1ST SKETCH: ATELIERS JEAN NOUVELLIEU: PARISSURFACE: 1.440 MSQPHAZE: SKETCH 2

Urban concrete floor over the railway line along Austerlitz Station has been built. It will be densified according to AREP urban plan. The A2 Marquise is the urban event that will be completed at the end of the concrete floor. In a wave-shaped ground, the A2 Marquise shelters the travellers transits between regional arrival and the Austerlitz Great Parisian Station. In a corner down to the station slope, the Marquise offers progressively to be seen by the look of the travellers. The waves’wibes are built of reinforced concrete and few glass pavements, offering a bright and protective transition space.

Beginning from Ateliers Jean Nouvel’s first sketch, with AREP civil and flux engineers, our team studied different possibilities, such as a preposition about E.T.F.E. potentials. Constitution of a complete file for project meeting with Jean-Marie Duthilleul.

COLLABORATION: JACQUES FERRIER ARCHITECTURESLOCATION: PARISSURFACE: 3.200 MSQPHAZE: APS ITERATIF (DESIGN) The dynamizing Saint-Lazare Great Station project by Jacques Ferrier Architectures gave us an unique occasion to bring back to life the Amsterdam Court, with an entire ground floor dedi-cated to taxis. Station floor is given back to travellers and becomes a true urban piazza.

At the preliminary project actualization, I have cleared and synthezised structures, smokes evacuation pipes and traffic ges-tion, allways in straight dialog with AREP engineers department.

ECO QUARTER . ZAC DES MONTGORGES

§

- Overview of the ecological quarter -

LOCATION: POITIERSSURFACE: 4.000 MSQPHAZE: DCE (EXE.) The ecological quarter includes fifteen collective flats, an readaption to social life centre and thirty-five single houses. The natural density in project and windows proportions and distribution permits to join BBC label (Bâtiment Basse Consommation, low energy building) in spite of internal isolation. Ambition of a beauty because simple architecture express itself into highest quality in details.

Same mission attributed than at Ivry Confluence

LOCATION: IVRY-SUR-SEINESURFACE: 3.700 MSQPHAZE: PRO DCE (EXE.)

Sixty-six flats and shops surfaces are created inside a unique L-shaped volume, divided in several volumetrical cuts. This realization translates a desire of synthesis through collectivity and individuality. Above Chemetov’s exigences, bedrooms have to measure over 9msq counted out of dressing zones. An entry space is designed specially for entrances and kitchens are spatially distinguished of living-room. Balconies are deep the less 1.80m.

The job included to redesign any flats, to precise the others in terms of disability normacy, surface adjustment, technical columns definition and sales boards presentation. In 3D, I made to evolve the model at the manner of a physical plaster.

L’ESPLANADE MALL EXTENSION

§

LOCATION: LOUVAIN-LA-NEUVE, BELGIUMSURFACE: 24.000 MSQPHAZE: APD (DESIGN) L’Esplanade mall extension develops on four levels shops and services. Building’s shape and its symbolism are generated by a triangle lot, embraced by two principal access roads to the new city. The skin is covered of perforated iron or glassed triangular panels.

The case of preliminary design, we realized in team the design, fire normacy, surfaces regulation. I have participated to meetings with the project manager and Fuksas. In french, I have had the opportunity to communicate directly with belgian real-estate partner. I brought my touch to the plaster too.

«LA RUE SANS NOM»

§LOCATION: QUIMPERSURFACE: 2.000 MSQPHAZE: Architecture MASTER

My masterplan suggested to re-open a medieval street that disappeared after most centuries. The street had originally been the town’s first harbour before to link as a main axe the convent and the cathedral. A mixted-uses program is settled along that new pedestrian street. Architecture reacts to spaces that crosses: it opens views, purposes walkways, absorbs an old workshop… A polycarbonat skin over a wooden structure unveils or preserves inside spaces following functions it meets. The aim of the approach is to be continuous from urban planning until architecture details. Shape serves the sense.
