1. PURPOSE. This Circular provides listings of currently applicable NVICs as of January 1, 2007. NVICs are issued by the Coast Guard in the form of printed circulars. Their purpose is to articulate to the public and Coast Guard personnel guidance, requirements or information regarding marine safety rules, regulations and activities.

2. PUBLICATIONS AFFECTED. NVIC No.0-06 is canceled.

3. DISCUSSION. Enclosure (1) lists currently applicable NVICs issued prior to January 1, 2007.
