no indication

anywhere

on the

agendathat

a

hiring

was

to

be made



However,

a

provision of the

Act that

took effect in 2013, 5 ILCS

no

idea what

the

potential

that the

vast

majority

of a

school

budget

related

to

personnel

i s sues .
