affecting your clients personal well-being. 2. Most of your clients will die of

cardiovascular diseases (figure 1.1 pg 4) which is classified as a hypokinetic disease- “a disease related to lack of physical activity”.

dimensions to fully understand the impact of lifestyle habits and fitness in your client’s life.

Good News… In one study of 115 personal

trainers with a B.S. and certification by either ACSM, NSCA or ACE were more knowledgeable than experienced trainers with no formal education in fitness!!
