You’re embarking on a health journey to a Nu Lean You!

NuLean is not just a weight-loss program. More importantly, it promotes detoxification designed to rid your body of toxins stored in your fatty tissues and improve your overall health. Here is your roadmap to your Nu You:

PHASE 1: Cleansing – 7 days During this phase, your body is introduced to nutrients and dietary changes that trigger gentle detoxification. Your body will begin to transform into the lean, healthy body you’ve always wanted. According to several studies of NuLean, participants experienced weight loss, loss of inches, fat loss, and a lowering of cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose levels in their first week.*

note: Your doctor may modify your NuLean program based on your specific needs. Once you have lost all of the weight you want, you can move directly into the Wellness Weight Management phase. Please consult with your doctor to

lose additional weight. You can continue to utilize any leftover products until you begin the Wellness Weight Management phase or until you see your doctor.

PHASE 2: Acceleration – 14 daysDuring weeks two and three of the 21-day program, your body chemistry and eating habits will evolve to a purer, healthier state. At the end of the 21-day program, you and your

Coffee – It is best not to drink coffee during the weight-loss/detox portion of your NuLean program, as it could interfere with the detoxification process. If you must, drink as little as possible (1/2 cup per day). Better yet, substitute with tea if required.

Please note that this may trigger a withdrawal headache as your body adjusts to not drinking coffee.

Constipation – The NuLean Gentle Colon Cleanse, when incorporated with drinking eight 8 oz. glasses of water each day, is designed to prevent constipation. Should constipation persist, please contact your doctor.

Detoxification – The process of purging toxins and chemicals from the body that will improve health and assist in weight loss.

Diabetes – Many people with diabetes have seen success with NuLean. Consult your doctor and inform them that you are diabetic before beginning NuLean.

Fruit - You should avoid fruit while on the weight loss/detox portion of your NuLean program. While fruit provides many important nutrients, it also contains sugar and carbohydrates that can increase your cravings during this program.

Headaches – A slight headache the first few days on the NuLean program (including possible coffee withdrawal) may be normal for many people. It can be a symptom of detoxification. Please consult your doctor should your headaches persist or become intense.

Medications - Weight gain could be a side effect of medications you may be taking. Talk to your doctor to see if this is the case. If so, NuLean can still help you lose weight, but it may not happen as quickly as it would without the medication side effects.

Menstrual Cycle - Generally, you should not begin the weight-loss/detox portion of your NuLean program on the week of your menstrual cycle. Your body will tend to retain weight during the week of your menstrual cycle. Women are encouraged to wait until this period is over, but you should consult your doctor about what is best for you.

Vegetarian – If you are vegetarian, you may substitute the fish and animal protein

with nuts, beans and legumes that are high in protein and low in calories. The NuLean Fiber-Rich Protein Shake may be replaced with a high-quality vegetarian protein powder containing at least 12 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber per serving.
