Coiste Oiliúna Puc Fada Final – A Close Encounter!
There was a very close final in the Cork U16 Puc Fada,
held in Glen Rovers last week with John Walsh (Glen Rovers) emerging as a worthy winner over Robert Foster
(Carrigaline). Following the first round of shots, the Glen
Rovers man took the lead and in the next two efforts
managed to hold off the opposition to claim the victory. The winner of the Senior competition was Seamus Coffey
(UCC) and both will now go forward to represent Cork at
the Munster Finals which will be held in Thurles on the
eve of the Munster Hurling Final. Best of luck lads!
