NFTS MediaTank

The National Film and Television School attracts the most talented students from around the world and its tutors include some of the biggest names from British cinema.

The school boasts its own film and television studios equal to those of professional companies, its student films have won 5 OSCARS, 8 BAFTAs and is ranked within the top 10 film schools in the world by The Hollywood Reporter.

As a leading film school the NFTS needed a swift and secure way to deliver thousands of hours of high-quality video content to its countless audience members and also deliver exclusive content directly to the major Hollywood studios.

The ideal solution presented itself in a customised installation of Skylab's MediaTank online video platform which would bolt onto their new website.

The NFTS also required password protected channels. These channels can host anything, including the full-length feature films that match their public facing trailers. The password protected channels make it easy to protect valuable content for review by various parties including industry production houses.

MediaTank can host hundreds of thousands of hours of secured video footage, which made it a natural fit for NFTS.

MediaTank offers a wide variety of other features beyond just hosting and delivering video content including:
