nSQP X-1

• Backbone assembly on support tool• Load cooling pipes at specific locations• Prepare OSP assembly

• Load and route ER bundles on OSP bottom panel• Load E-boards on OSP bottom panel

Diameter of the fixation holes of the E-boards not compliant with specification (Ø2 mm)

nSQP X-1

• Put OSP assembly on the side tool• Route bottom ER bundles trough the cooling pipes with remaining cooling pipes• Load OSP assembly on backbone• Fix PP1 end flange on end plate: pocket dimensions too small, should increase gap between flange and end plate

• Load and route ER bundles on OSP top panel Load E-boards on OSP top panel• Prepare ER bundle rolls for the flipping step

• Flip the nSQP assembly• Fliping tool too short, should increase the lenght and the number of clips

• Put nSQP assembly on reverse support tool• Install the front and back sealing plate on PP1 end plate

nSQP X-1

• Route the OSP ER bundles on PP1 cable organizer and stack the inserts on PP1 end plate• Prepare ISP assembly

• Load and route ER bundles on ISP top panel• Load E-boards on ISP top panel• Bond ISP card stabilizer before loading

• Load ISP assembly on nSQP• Fix ISP assembly on nSQP: some of the CF bridgeplates are to short and deformed the SLA end piece when screwing → long flavour• Route and stack ISP inserts on PP1 end plate• Fixation of ER bundles lugs for shielding difficult at PP1

nSQP X-1 CONCLUSION

• C4 side of nSQP X-1 completed• Need to load OSP and ISP C3• Support for ER bundles rolls need to be designed• Should test the complete nSQP assembly (damaged during loading operation, bending radius of PP1 CO)

Minimum bending radius = 6 mm
