Atalanta Golden Yachts
The phenomenal M/Y O’Ptasia won the prestigious International Superyacht Society award in the Power 65 m+ category at the 29th annual Design & Leadership Award Gala.
The designers of the 85 meter beauty, Giorgio and Stefano Vafiadis, received the award on October 30th at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
We are all so proud of our Greek Goddess and would like to add that she had
an exceptional charter season!
M/Y O’PARI: THE NEXT BIG THING IN THE WORLD OF GIGA YACHTS
Following the latest built, 85 meter O’Ptasia, it came as no surprise that a new challenge was in store. The first glimpses of the 95 meter to be launched in spring 2020 promise the next big thing in the world of giga yachts. The Rome based Studio Interin of Giorgio and Stefano Vafiadis, with its lifelong collaboration with the Golden Yachts shipyard, guided the design, lines, and interior aesthetics. O’Pari will be available for charter this season. For more details, please contact our charter team.

We believe it’s time to congratulate our captains & crews for going through a very long and demanding season. Let’s have a quick talk with them about the Red Sea, which they visited in October.The Captain of 50 meter M/Y Jaz, Nikos Demertzis, who has been to the Red Sea numerous times with clients on board,stated that, “without a doubt,
the natural beauty exceeds most people’s expectations. Wonderful, deep coral reefs are ideal for long snorkeling and scubadiving activities. Additionally, fishing lovers will have a great time given that the ocean is very... busy! The crystal waters, together with the shore landscape, make it a must visit destination for everyone”.
WE LOVED THE MONACO YACHT SHOW!
Atalanta Golden Yachts’ Directors attended the Monaco Yacht Show on September 25-28, 2019. They stepped on board with clients to view some of the best superyachts making their debut this year. Furthermore, they had the chance to meet with charter and sales brokers, as well as the best professionals in the industry.

We cruised about an hour away from Athens, to a hidden gem called Agistri. As soon as we arrived, the entire team enjoyed a long swim by the coast and experimented with the various water toys available. Chef Elisavet prepared a mouthwatering lunch, set out on the sundeck area especially for us.
Long conversations and unstoppable laughter led us to the sunset and the way back home. It was an unforgettable experience that would not have been possible without the lovely owner of the yacht and the ever reliable crew. Thank you M/Y Can’t Remember team!
NOTHING COMPARES TO AN IBIZA FAM TRIP!As luxury superyachts are booking up very fast and invitations to attend familiarisa-tion trips, also known as fam trips, are never turned down, this summer our charter broker Natalia Sevastova had the opportunity to cruise aboard M/Y Legendary in Ibiza and Formentera. “Incredible charter experience, homely service and excellent knowledge of the cruising destination” says Natalia about
the trip. Ibiza is an extraordinary island, which offers vibrant nightlife, as well as five-star hotels and fine dining restaurants, popular among yacht charterers. Also, Formentera is known for its pristine beaches, glittering sea and tranquillity. As the highlights of her trip, she mentions a swim in the natural pool of Caló des Mort at Formentera and a sunset cocktail at Blue Marlin in Ibiza.
The island’s main city is a UNESCO World Heritage listed old town and you can walk along its fortified walls or take in the views over to the neighbouring island of Formentera.

OUR GOLDEN TEAM BONDING DAY ON BOARD M/Y CAN’T REMEMBER
Luckily for us, in Greece it’s still summer. Therefore, we took advantage of the wonderful weather and organized a day trip with one of our beauties, M/Y Can’t Remember. The captain and crew welcomed us on board with a refreshing fruit-infused water and the journey begun!
