Like a Match in a Dry Forest
In a Judaeo-Christian culture, each person possesses intrinsic value bestowed by God.
“So God created mankind in His own image, in the image of God He created them; male and female He created them.” Genesis 1:27
Pornographers do not share God’s perspective. They see people as their livelihood and take advantage of their vulnerability. Their maltreatment of others is inconsequential to them, as long as they make money.
At the same time, consumers of this toxic filth may see their own families, friends and children as different than those who are used and abused in pornography and strip clubs. This self deception can be rationalized. Their search for sexual gratification clouds their concern for others.
How we view others impacts how we treat them. Anyone who doesn’t believe that pornography has victims is dead wrong.
Sometimes their awakening comes belatedly, after incredible [irrevocable] harm has been done to many people - including themselves.
Helen Gurley Brown [the former editor of Cosmopolitan magazine] convinced the late Burt Reynolds to pose nude for her magazine. Intrigued and flattered,
he took the bait. Reynolds later called his decision one of his biggest mistakes, “a fiasco.”
Pornography is intrinsically evil. Whether it is a lucrative offer to pose nude, or a predatory pornographer who has you in his cross-hairs, pornography destroys like a match in a dry forest.

Pornógrafos no comparten la perspectiva de Dios. Ellos ven a las personas como su medio de vida y se aprovechan de su vulnerabilidad. Su maltrato de los demás es intrascendente para ellos, siempre y cuando ellos ganan dinero.
