Accurate books and records
Must have complete record of companytransactions.
All types of transactions(organizational, inside,
outside) should be accurately measured. No one are allow to enter into a transaction
that is not approved in accordance to
established policies & procedures. All reporting(expense reports, revenue) must
be accurate, honest, timely and fair.

data, and software All equipment, systems, services should be
only for business use only.
Right to audit, access and disclose informationwhen needed.
Unauthorized use of systems, equipment may
subject the employee disciplinary action. Unauthorized possesion, moodification of
data is prohibited.

Employee must respect and protect the completeconfidentially of business information.
Disclosure of such information to outsiders,
non stake holders. Also extends to unauthorized disclosure of such
information infront of press or media.

Workplace should be drug free i.e smokingshould not be allowed there.
Employees may not unlawfully manufacture,
distribute prohibited substances to others. There will be penalities for such employees,
