THE APM BARI ALTERNATING PRESSURE SYSTEM IS SUITED FOR

THE TREATMENT OF HEAVY- WEIGHT PATIENTS WITH PRESSURE

Due to the special construction of the mattress, patients weighing

up to 280 kg can be supported. The control unit is equipped with the

same functions as the successful APM 440 system. Two high-quality

full-metal compressors ensure quick inflation and a secure long-la-

sting operation. The control unit is equipped with a digital sensor

control, which regulates the inner pressure of the mattress, creating

a perfect surface pressure. The lock-off function ensures a smooth

and silent operation between the time cycles.

Additional functions such as care mode, 3 separate time cycles,

static mode and an automatic key pad lock complete the fields of

application and guarantee a quick and easy operation. The mat-

tress with approx. 120 cm standard width is equipped with 18

nylon / polyurethane cells and specially designed holding straps

to safely keep them in place. Each cell is equipped with a CPC

quick coupling, permitting an ultra-fast cell exchange / cell re-

THE SMARTLINE HYBRID IS A FLEXIBLE MATTRESS REPLACEMENT

SYSTEM WHICH COMBINES THE BENEFITS OF HIGH SPECIFICATION

FOAM TECHNOLOGY AND SENSOR-CONTROLLED AIR PUMPS.

It is suitable for the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers up to

grade IV (according to EPUAP) and has been specifically designed for

patients who are considered to have a very high risk of developing

pressure ulcer. In addition, it offers a dynamic therapy support mode.

This unique system provides a high degree of patient comfort and

when clinically required, can be „upgraded“ into a dynamic mattress

system by simply connecting a sensor controlled digital pump. Simil-

arly, mattress function can be „downgraded“ as the patient‘s condition

improves in line with their clinical needs.
