Examinations coming under the purview of the Directorate of Distance Education. TheseExaminations are scheduled to be held in the Month of May/June 2015. The Candidatesshould submit their application online through the concerned Study Centres along with thefollowing prescribed fee paying either through direct online payment to SB A/c no.54023036246, Branch Code - 40759, IFSC Code SBMY0040759 - State Bank of Mysore,Jnanasahyadri, Shankaraghatta, Shimoga – 577451, Karnataka. They should also enclose thecounterfoil of the Fee paid challan along with the Examination Application Form forverification.

2. Internal Assessment marks course wise / semester-wise should be submitted to the Directorof Directorate of Distance Education in Data Based File system / Excel format before thecommencement of Theory Examinations.

3. The Candidates should enclose the Photo Copies of Marks Cards/Result sheets which weredownloaded from internet with Attestation.

4. Applications received after the last date / without prescribed fee challan / DD will berejected.
