Marko Smetiško transferred to the member of the Management Board of Atlantic Grupa d.d Mladen Veber 687 shares of Atlantic Gropa in the total nominal value of 27,480 kuna, and to the member of the Management Board of Atlantic Grupa d.d Neven Vranković 686 shares in the total nominal value of 27,440 kuna. After the listed transfer, Mr Marko Smetiško owns 4580 shares of Atlantic Grupa in the total nominal value of 183,200 kuna, Mr. Mladen Veber 14,487 shares in the total nominal value of 579,480 kuna and Mr. Neven Vranković owns 15,820 shares of Atlantic Grupa in the total nominal value of 632,800 kuna.
