DRAINAGE NOTES
Site drainage is indicative only, builder to confirm all levels and falls.
Drainage to be installed as per NCC section 3.1.2 - "Drainage" & AS 3500 "National Plumbing and Drainage Code".
Builder to confirm all drainage requirements have been achieved as per NCC & AS 3500 at completion of project.
During construction, water run-off shall be collected and channeled away from building/footings.
Temporary downpipe socks are to be connected to stormwater system as soon as roofing is installed.

ROOFING NOTES
All roof runoff to be gathered and discharged to legal point of discharge (LPOD).
Spacing between downpipes must not be more than 12m and within 1.2m from a valley. overflow provision must be made when a downpipe is more than 1.2m from a valley.
Downpipes to be provided at 1 per 40m2 of roof excluding box gutters and rainheads.
Gutters must be installed with fall of not less than :-• 1:500 for eaves gutters, • 1:100 for box gutters
Selected roof material shall be installed and fixed in accordance with manufacturers specification and relevant codes.
Fix gutters and flashings to permit thermal movement in their full length.
Plumber to confirm location and number of downpipes provided.
