TRANSFER ARTlCUlA TION AGREEMENT

between

Northern Essex Community College

and

RENNES SCHOOL OF BUSINESS FRANCE

for

ASSOCIATE DEGREES IN BUSINESS MANAGMFNT AND BUSINESS TRANSFER

and the

INTERNATIONAL BACHELOR PROGRAM IN MANAGEMENT

The intent of this articulation agreement is to define the procedures for a transfer articulation between Rennes School of Business (hereinafter RSB) and Northern Essex Community College (hereinafter NECC) Both entities agree to mutual cooperation in establishing and maintaining articulation for their respective programs

I) NECCs Associate Degrees in Business Management and Business Transfer with its campus located at 100 Elliott St Haverhill Massachusetts USA

2) RSB International Bachelor Program in Management with its campus located at 2 rue Robert dArbrissel 35065 Rennes France

The agreement is intended for students having completed an Associate Degree in Business or related areas who wish to transfer to Rennes SB and obtain Rennes SB International Bachelor Programme in Management Degree

Firm atTangements between departments and institutions provide the opportunity for these students to obtain a complete Bachelor degree through program to program agreement at the outset of their Community College education

Rennes School of Business agrees to accept all Business and Major education credits General Education credits will also be accepted (see Appendix A)

I) Students who have completed their Associate Degree at NECC may transfer lo Renncs School of Businesss International Bachelor Program in Management with senior standing provided that the student has completed all Business courses identified in Appendix A with a cumulative GPA of200 or higher

2) Students who earn an Associate Degree in Business or related areas at NECC are guaranteed admiss ion to the last and final year of the International Bachelor Programme in Management conditional upon meeting the prerequisites of the minimum requirements for admission

3) After completing the lnternational Bachelor Program in Management students may be

admitted to one of the Master Programmes in ManagementBusiness offered at Rennes School

of Business in only one year should they wish to pursue their studies (2+ I+ I)

4) Under this agreement the tuition tees of the la-t year of the International Bachelor Program in Management amount 7300euro for the whole degree for the 20 19 cohort Those letS may be subject to an increase each year according to the annual fee increa-e of Rennes School of Business

5) NECC will inform prospective students of these 2 + I amp 2+ I+ I partnerships and will promote these on their website NECC wi 11 provide Rennes School of Business with the contact infom1ation of students interested by this opportunity when feasible

6) NECC and Rennes School of Business will assign a staff member to serve as a liaison to assure maintenance of communication between the two institutions Representatives from both

insti tutions will consult whenever changes in policy or curricula arise which may atlect students transferring under the terms of this agreement

This agreement will be in effect initially for three years beginning fall 2019 with a review every year by both parties Any revisions the parties deem necessary must be evidenced in writing and signed by the authorized officials of each institution The agreement may be terminated by either party for due

cause nd after adequate notice of not less than six mon~h~-if deemed)ecessary by either party
