Dear Viking V-Max’s

VmaxChat.dk. wants to give all Vmax drivers, other brand pilots and visitors at the 3rd Nordic Vmax Meet a warm welcome.

The Nordic Vmax Meet is this year located at the Vikingespil in Frederikssund, Denmark, and as always in the Nordic Country’s we are offering you a lot of “Hygge”, a fully booked program with a lot of Vmax activities, a few surprises, delicious food and beer, and not to forget our local Mjød (mead).

This is the first time that so many Nordic Vmax’s are so close to the South, so we are certain that many new relationships, also cross borders, will be established over the weekend.

We want to thank the Vikingespil for offering their facilities this year. This local theatre company, which have more than 450 volunteers, is doing an overwhelming job in order to tell our old Viking stories every year. This years profit from the Vmax Meet is donated to them to help them with their endeavours.

Last, but not at least, a huge thanks to our sponsors without whom this project wouldn’t be possible.

VmaxChat.dk. wünsch alle Vmax Fahrer, andere brand pilots und Besucher der dritte Nordic Vmax Meeting ein herzliches Willkommen.

Das Nordic Vmax Meeting wird diesem Jahr in der Einrichtungen von dem Vikingespil in Fredrikssund, Dänemark angehalten, und als immer in dem skandinavischen Ländern wird viel “Hygge”, ein volles Program mit viele Vmax Aktivitäten, einige Überraschungen, herrliches Essen und Bier, und nicht zu vergessen unseres lokales Mjød angeboten.

Dies ist das erste Mall, das so viele Nordic Vmax’er so dicht an dem Süden sind, und wir sind sicher, dass viele neue Beziehungen, auch über die Grenzen, in diesem Wochenende etabliert werden.

Wir wünschen das Vikingespil, wie gesagt wo wir diesem Jahr Gäste sind, Dank zu sagen. Dieses lokale Theater, das mehr den 450 Freiwilligen haben, macht jedem Jahr einem überwältigend Arbeit um die alten Wikinger Historien zu erzählen. Wir sagen Dank durch den Überschuss diesem Wochenende das Vikingespil zu schenken.

Ride out

Attention:

Remember we start at 11.00, all with a full tank of petrol, there will be no possibility to visit

petrol stations on the way.

Distance 100 km. through the beautiful country side.

We will stop at Roskilde marina for approx 1 hour, where you will have the opportunity to

visit the famous Viking ship museum or relax and buy ice cream and coffee at the cafeteria.

Ride out rules:

You will be guided by the tour leader, who will ride in the front.

He will be supported by a number of marshals.

All will be wearing yellow high visibility jackets.

Please pay attention to the tour leader and the marshals directions.

Safety:

Please ride responsible and take care of your fellow riders.

Riders are responsible for their own behavior whilst on the ride out.

The organizers accept no liability for any prosecutions, loss, damage, theft or injury to

personal property or individuals during the event.

Area rules: Open fire and barbecue are prohibited in the area. Please help to protect this historical resource. Please don’t litter, use the litterbins, or ask for a litterbag at the info tent
