Description
The unsurpassed reliability and servicelife of the STRATE AWASTOP non-returnvalves are the result of years of productobservation and the development ofa holistic design without a large numberof components. Screws are only neededto fix the inspection cover in place.
The closing element with its vulcanisedclosing plate is the moving part in theSTRATE AWASTOP. The closing elementis mounted between the inspectioncover and the housing and is easilyaccessible for replacement. The evengeometry in the pivoting range preventspendulum movements and guaranteesthe perfect guiding of the closingelement. The inclined valve seat isa special advantage, since it significantlyshortens the closing time and reducesclosing noise. The pronounced sealinglip profile makes the non-return valveclose tightly and reliably even whencounterpressure is low. The butyl rubberB 100 used, which has a Shore hardnessof 55-60 Shore, is suitable for operatingtemperatures from −35°C to +120°C.Depending on the individual applicationcase, other elastic materials such as
