What is an objective pronoun?
Use each in a sentence.
What is my favorite candy?
Rate your knowledge on nominative and objective pronouns on a scale from 1-10!! 1 being NO IDEA 10 being EXPERT
Nominative Pronouns I – You – He – She – It – They – We
• Nominative pronouns are the type of pronouns that are doing the action.
Ex. I ran to the store to get bananas.
I is the subject of the sentence
Ran is the verb of the sentence. Who ran? I ran.
Objective Pronouns Me – You – Him – Her – It – Us – Them
Objective pronouns are the object of the sentence or phrase. Ex. Jimmy loves her.
Who does Jimmy love?
Her is the object that Jimmy loves.
You Try It Directions: Raise your hand and tell me the
nominative pronoun or the objective pronoun.
1) I went to soccer practice on Saturday.
2) You were the one to lose the keys! 3) The police officer went to arrest
them. 4) He studied all night for the quiz. 5) My family loves me. 6) All the teachers hate him!

(There are prizes so acually try to play the game right!!)
Directions: Raise your hand if you would like to go up to the board and give it a shot!! In order to get a prize you have to put a notecard that is on the board in a sentence that would make sense.
