Chad brings 10+ years’ experience in Executive Search, representing a wide range of sports and entertainment organizations across Major League Baseball, National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, the NBA, and the NFL, as well as teams in the UK and Europe.Chad has placed more than 200 senior executives across the industries of sports management, financial services, consumer products, technology, private equity, non-profit, media, entertainment, and higher education. He serves on the boards of Make-A-Wish Los Angeles, Purpose + Sport, and Pet Partners.Chad attended Harvard University for undergraduate studies and earned his Executive Certificate in Executive Search Consulting from Cornell University. He’s currently undertaking his Executive MSc studies at the London School of Economics.

Andrew joined Nolan Partners in 2018 and has worked in sport, media and entertainment for over 20 years. Having trained and qualified as a lawyer with global magic circle firm Herbert Smith, Andrew moved in house to join The Football Association and worked on the governance and regulatory issues, the financing of Wembley National Stadium as well as all the major broadcast, sponsorship and licensing deals.Prior to joining Nolan Partners, Andrew was Chief Commercial Officer at Oliver & Ohlbaum (leading independent strategic / management consultancy). Andrew was in charge of global business development and won / managed key strategic projects for clients in the sports, media and entertainment sectors with a focus on corporate finance, sports investment and broadcast media rights valuations.Key relationships from historical projects with CVC, Providence Equity, H&F, Apollo, KKR, Permira, and Fenway.
