Bernard HausihL who from 1758 to 1763 was pastor of Moselem Church where the Kreamer baptisms took place, not.ed in the church book that not all baptisms performed by him were recorded in the church book This coincides with the probable time of Pet.er Kreamer's birth, and also possibly of Christina's. 2. The Franklin County document of reference 14 above significantly associates Pet.er Creamer, John Creamer and George Creamer , though not establishing their relationship as brothers. The deed cit.ed in reference 13 above proves this John Creamer was the son of Frederick Kreamer of Berks County. The deed conveyancer was unaware of the place of residence of John's brothers, George and Pet.er, mentioned therein, only that they did not reside in Berks County. According to this deed another sibling, Christina CKreamerl Braun, also lived in Franklin County. It appears that three of Frederick Kreamer's children, George, John and Christina lived in northern Franklin County, and a fourth, Pet.er, lived just across the county line in Southampt.on Twp., Cumberland County. This leaves little doubt that the Pet.er Kreamer of Southampt.on Twp., Cumberland County, PA, and the Pet.er Kreamer, son of Frederick Kreamer of Berks County, PA, are the same. NOTES

1. Although Johann George, Johann Frederick, Johann Gottfried, Margretha and Sophia Kreamer travelled to America on the same ship with Johan Sebalt Kreamer, Reference 1 above contains no proof of their relationships. However, Reference 6 above establishes that Frederick and Gottfried were the sons of Sebald and Reference 8 above proves Frederick and Sophia were siblings. Since Johann Sebalt was the father of these siblings, then there may have been an error in his age as shown on the ship's passenger list Also Margretha's age almost surely is incorrect

2. As per reference 12 above Gottfried Kramer and wife Catharine Christina were sponsors at baptism of Anna Catharine Bieber 4 May 17 45.

SAMUEL 1732

Three sources for the names of the passengers who were transported on the Samuel in August, 1732, are the Colonial Records of Pennsylvania, Vol. 3:431-432; I. Daniel Rupp, A Collection of Upwards of Thirty Thousand Names of German, Swiss, Dutch, French and Other Immigrants in Pennsylvania from 1727 to 1776 Harrisburg: Rupp, Wingert & Co., 1856, pp. 72-73; and Ralph Beaver Strassburger, Pennsylvania German Pioneers: A Publication of the Original Lists of Arrivals in the Port of Philadelphia from 1727 to 1808, 3 vols., edited by William John Hinke, Proceedings of the Pennsylvania German Society, Vols. 42-44, Norristown, PA: Pennsylvania German Society, 1934, 1:59-66 and 2:56.

There are minor variations in the names and spelling among the lists. Many European names presented challenges to the recorders and transcribers. The name Kramer/Kremer is easily recognizable although missing its original German umlaut. The following list from Strassburger and Hinke (1:59-61] is presented in its entirety because of the frequency of relationships among those who traveled together.
