The freezing weather at theend of last year has taken itstoll on Bournemouth's roads.That is where yourConservative Council'sdecision to invest f4 million inits Road Rescue schemecomes in. But occasionally it'sworse than just a fewpot-holes and local residentshave been tellingCharminster's Anniina Daviethat Heron Court Road isespecially bad.

Conversations were held withthe right people and we aredelighted to say the Councilhas now committed tocompletely resurfacing the badsections this coming financialyear.

A VOLUNTARY SEGTOR AT THEHEART OF OUR COMMUNITYOne of the core strengths ofBournemouth is the vibrancy of ourvoluntary sector. lt's wonderful that somany people get involved and "do theirbit" to make the lives of others better.The range of voluntary activity and actiontaking place throughout Bournemouthcovers all sorts of areas.
