Details - enter your Student ID#
Click email link to set up a password Click Buy
Exam - Follow instructions to pay by Credit Card
Click My Assessments
Start Exam (for Remote Proctoring)
Schedule your exam
On your Exam Day (On-Site):
Plan to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to
your exam appointment to check in
Bring with you when testing On-Site:
Print-out of your NLN Exam appointmentconfirmation
Photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID Card,
Passport, School ID, etc.)
CPTC Student ID number
NLN Account username and password
$10.00 for the additional testing site fee tocashering (building 17 | Room 107)
Check in at the Testing Center (Building 17 Room 250)
with your photo ID and receipt.
The testing proctor will help check in your belongings,
and then guide you into the testing area. You will be
provided with scratch paper and a calculator. You will
need to log into the NLN website with the username and
password you created to originally schedule your exam.
Please note: You should already have your receipt and
login information when you check in at the testing
center. The proctor cannot allow you to test if you do not
have your check-in materials.
Testing Center Guidelines
Please do not bring children with you during
testing. Children cannot be left unattended
on the college campus.
When you check in at the testing center, the
testing staff will ask you to store any personal
belongings (wallet, keys, phone, food, drinks,
jackets, hats, etc.) in a locker prior to entering
the testing area.

3 Sections: Verbal, Mathematics, Science
Time Length: Maximum 2 hrs 15 min
Total Cost: $50 ($40 to NLN, $10 to CPTC)
Program Requirement: Score of 102 or higher
