1181.000 watt, suitable for dust collection, light and compact, this vacuum is ideal for use everywhere.

1272.000 watt, suitable for dust collection. Equipped with a prac-tical and quick container release device. Quiet in operation it is ideal for use in noise sensitive areas.

3308 - 3508 - 3508W2.2 and 4 KW power, suitable for wet and dry use. A new concept in industrial vacuums. Thanks to their modular capacity they may be adapted, with the addition of special kits including L, M or H versions, to meet international regulations. The W model has a side channel blower for greater air flow.

35584 KW power, suitable for wet and dry waste collection. Indu-strial vacuum equipped with a filter chamber and a large filter, ideal for the collection of large quantities of very fine dust.

3707 - 3707/105.5 and 7.5 KW power, suitable for wet and dry use. Indu-strial vacuums that offer high performance, whilst maintai-ning manoeuvrability and versatility.

3907 - 3907W - 3907/1811 and 13 kW power for wet and dry. Three available models offering different features according to specific de-mands: greater vacuum pressure, greater air flow or greater power.

3907/18/78013 kW power for wet and dry. Industrial vacuum designed for the suction of large quantities of very fine dust. The filter surface is of 6,5 m2.

3997 - 3997W - 3997WC22 kW power for wet and dry. For continuous, heavy duty use, these industrial vacuums may be connected to a fixed central system thanks to their high power. The electric filter shaker is mounted as standard. Meanwhile model 3997WC gets as standard the purge cleaning system to enable the vac to run without stopping it for the filter cleaning.

All the vacuums in this range can be used for either wet or

dry material, thus maximising their range of applications.

The Nilfisk IVB 3/5/7/9 units are equipped with air monito-

ring and an acoustic alarm that is activated when the filter

is clogged, i.e. airflow falls below 20m/sec.

A power outlet allows hand tools to be powered by the

vacuum. The Auto ON/OFF feature means that the vacu-

um motor is remotely activated when the power tool is

switched on or off.

The vacuums are approved for collection of dust in class

“M” and “H” and are available with 3 different dust bags

for use with different types of dust or debris.

This range of Nilfisk industrial vacuums is ideal for mobile

workers such as carpenters, builders, plumbers and others

who need to be able to ensure their own working environ-

ment is safe.

The most performant tool to move dust and granules

Pneumatic conveyors can move dust or granules from con-

tainers into machine tools, for example they are employed

to feed mixers, reactors, vibrating screens, granulators,

capsule machines, compressors and blistering machines.

The centralized vacuum system is composed of a suction unit, a filtration unit and a pipeline network.

From the beginning of production, each single aspect of the installation is taken into account on the basis of the specific needs of the site in which it will be installed.

The advantages are easily summarised:

• time savings, due to simultaneous suction from various pro-duction areas;

• productivity increase, due to the possibility of continuous suction reducing machinery down time;

The high power series of machines covers 15 heavy duty

standard vacuum models. The power capacity goes from

22 - 85 kW and special models can be individually desig-

ned.

The powerful Nilfisk-CFM vacuum units will enable savings

in time and resources. Foundries, cement plants, steel

works, incinerating plants and all types of industry choose

Nilfisk-CFM products for their sturdiness and ease of ope-

ration, but more importantly for their multi-purpose use:

recovering, maintenance, use as a suction unit in a fixed

central installation, etc.

All models in the range have been designed with safety

regulations for the operators and the environment in mind.

They are easy to manoeuvre from one area to another

using a fork lift or overhead travelling crane that locates to

the special pick-up points attached to the units.
