Tomorrow is the worlds first ever Flood Lit, Night SUP Race ...probably. The weather forecast is looking Sensational so everything is lining up for an absolutely breath taking SUP showcase. For all participants please have a good read below to understand the timings of your briefing and event start time etc. All competitors we recommend to come down early (before 5pm) to check in at the registration caravan, book your spot in the Hot Spring Spa Pool (first in first served), hang out in the Red Bull Competitor area, try a new board and get some tips from one of our 4x SUP retails stores & brands. Rules for Competitors * All Jetts City Surf Series competitors taking part in the night race, please bring your Quiksilver singlet/ Rashy you wore at Mission Bay. Your entry fee for the Night Race was lower for this reason. Failure to bring your JCSS competitor top to the night Race will require an additional $25 for a new top. * All participants to be registered by 530pm, (Novice 5pm). Come to the Jetts City Surf Series Trailer to register and get a number written on your hand. * When warming up on the water all competitors must be wearing their Quiksilver competitor top provided. * Launching of your SUP for warm ups etc is to be done from the beach, not the floating pier thank you. This area is solely for Media. * On the Day registrations available (30 only), you must be entered by 5pm. Any new registrations today or tomorrow will need to bring a paddle top in case of a mad rush of entries in the upcoming 30 hours and allocated Quiksilver tops are exhausted. * All Participants to be present at briefing 5pm (SUP Novice), 545pm for everyone else.

Rules for Competitors continued….. * No one is allowed on the water whilst another race outside of their division is happening. There are allocated times for warms ups etc. Please stick to these times. * Night racing solely for competitors who have entered the Night SUP Race. Any recreational paddlers will be asked to vacate the arena for safety reasons. * All paddlers to bring a leash & booties might be handy due to the odd oyster. * No Head torches etc to be used (blind other competitors). Glow sticks etc are allowed, but please ensure they do not litter the marina and surrounding area. * No food stalls on site, please bring your own, Billfish Cafe is the best option for food close by. * Please no alcohol on site at St Mary's Bay, we want to be back next year and beyond. Time to party is at Billfish Cafe, thank you for respecting this rule. Due to the Nature of this Night time event all participants are expected to abide by all the above rules and any others we bring to your attention at briefing.

Prizegiving & After Party - Over 50 Spot Prizes The prize giving & after party will be at BillFish Cafe, 3/31 Westhaven Drive, Auckland (1 minute from St Marys Bay). Plenty of parking available (park in the yellow spaces, NOT RED). This kicks off at 945am so get there straight after the conclusion of the Elite SUP race to claim a great table, delicious food and the drink specials etc The whole events focus including prize giving is simply fun, all about good times! Key points of prize giving are: * There are over 50 Spot Prizes, with some valued over $500 and others over $300. * All participants will be in the draw. * The top three individual competitors in each discipline (male and female) will be recognised on the podium at prize giving. Those disciplines with more than 15 competitors in each gender will receive small prizes also. * Those disciplines with less than 15 competitors will donate their prizes to the spot prize draw at prize giving. * The top three teams in each category will also receive a team prize on the podium at prize giving. Prize giving at Bill Fish Cafe will start at 945pm, so head straight over after the last race to get a good spot. Corona Buckets (4 beers) plus Main meals and snack specials will be available also. Bring along all your family, friends and supporters for a great after party.
