Transcription Summary

RNA polymerase goes though the DNA strand. It splits and unwinds the DNA until it reaches the promoter. When it reaches the coding region mRNA then begins to form and match with DNA. Once it hits the Termination sequence the mRNA strand brakes apart and leaves the nucleus through the nuclear pore into the cytoplasm.

Translation Summary

The mRNA strand moves to the cytoplasm. Then a ribosome reads the strand to form the appropriate tRNA strand. When these to strands form, amino acids begin to form. When all the strand is read and all the amino acids are formed, they brake free to form a protein.
