WHAT KIND OF CHARACTERISTICS

DO WE PAY ATTENTION FOR NFAs?

O It involves “measurables”.

O The process and action steps are defined.

O The answers of “what, when, by whom” questions are clear.

O It is needed to be evaluated in the context of 2015. It doesn’t have to serve for it; but at least evaluation is necessarily important.

O How it sounds in the external world.

O Its effects are not valid just for one year; but for three years

Page 6: NFA Presentation

WHAT KIND OF QUESTIONS ARE NEEDED TO BE ASKED?

O Why does the world need AIESEC?

O Why does Turkey need AIESEC in Turkey?

O What kind of complaints do we have in

functional area?

O Questioning the essence of AIESEC and

things we do(operational projects etc.)

Page 7: NFA Presentation

NOW IT IS TIME FOR 12-13 NFA ANNOUNCEMENT

Page 8: NFA Presentation

What do these nfas mean in detail?

Page 9: NFA Presentation

What is the big picture we want to see?

Page 10: NFA Presentation

Why does Turkey need AIESEC in Turkey?

O Unemployment rate is 18.4% in youth population of Turkey

O System of education

O Increase in the entreneurship promotion

O Import&Export goals of Turkey

O Different languages, cultures; tolerance deficiency

More AIESECers are needed.

Page 11: NFA Presentation

NFA 1: NCM

Page 12: NFA Presentation

WHY NCM?

O Turkey needs more AIESECer

O We have a GCM anyway, why NCM?

O Youth leadership development is our core bussiness;

but we are not so preferrable in company&NGO or

institutions. We are not the first choice partner.

O In the global plenary, Turkey doesn’t lead with its leaders.

O Active participants is the biggest stakeholder of this

organizations

NFA 2: STUDENT BASED PR

Page 18: NFA Presentation

WHY STUDENT BASED PR? O Bad situation of OGX, both in terms of numbers and positioning

O Deficiency in showcasing the value of our GCDP&GIP products in OGX

part

O Bad reputation. Pls pay attention!

Not increase in positioning; but setting up the rightest positioning

O Current system doesn’t reflect the fact that we are a student based

organization. (e.g. Imbalance between ICX-OGX fee)

O Linked with Turkey’s realities (Education system, enterpreneurship

programmes)

WHY I’M

O Lots of planning; but no tracking

O Deficiency in corporate memory

O There are lots of things to innovate; but we don’t have the system. So in this scale innovation doesn’t work.

O Making the planning and defining goals with concrete and reliable analysis

O Doing things by knowing the reason behind it
