A huge Cougar THANK YOU to everyone who supported the Fall Book Fair! This Bookaneer Event was the most successful fair Clancy School has seen. We sold over $3400 in books with the library receiving 50% of those profits to buy...more books! THANK YOU!! The generosity of this community is simply astounding. The library also received over $60 in cash donations. That is amazing! All of our students waiting anxiously for the next Harry Potter or Land of Stories installment will have only to wait on my ability to get the books processed and put on the shelves. Thank you all for your commitment to helping your child develop a love for reading. If you would like to see what new titles are purchased with the proceeds, be sure to check out the Clancy Library website for updates: http://clancyschoollibrary.weebly.com OUR SCHOOL ROCKS! First, thanks to all who donated food to our Cats vs. Griz food drive. And thank you to Lindsay Drilling for donating frozen turkeys. The Griz won the friendly competition this year and Mr. Hannahoe, the Cats representative, received a pie in the face. This food will be distributed to local families over the holiday season. Second, thanks to all that supported our Science Olympiad Team by purchasing the homemade cinnamon rolls. This allowed our team to travel to Bozeman and participate in the State Science Olympiad competition. In addition, thanks to the amazing Kitchen Krew and the parents that were able to help bake, frost, package and deliver the rolls! CONGRATULATIONS! Jesse Kemner is the winner of the Chubby’s gift certificate for completing the parent survey during parent-teacher conferences. Thanks to all who took the survey, it gave the MBI team some good information to work with. BUS SAFETY; Parents:

When dropping your children off at the school, please do not stop beside the parked buses and allow your children to cross between or in front of a bus. This can be very dangerous and may cause serious accident or injury to you or your child. Please drop off at the main entrance or behind the last bus.

All bus riders are to be at their designated bus stop at least 5 minutes prior to their scheduled pick-up time. The bus drivers try very hard to arrive as close as possible to pick-up times, but occasionally schedules may vary due to multiple circumstances encountered en route.

All bus riders MUST wear weather appropriate clothing. While it is warm on the bus, this may not be the case if the bus becomes inoperable while en route. Passengers must be prepared, as recovery times may be lengthy and our climate can have extreme conditions in the winter months. Bus drivers are required to turn away a student that is not properly dressed to ride the bus.

The safety of your children is always our very first priority. Thank you, The Clancy School Bus Drivers 1st QUARTER HONOR ROLL!
