The goal of the Society is to foster an educational and collaborative environment for real estate agents &brokers who list and sell in the upper 15% of their respective market areas. Membership in the Society
requires a combination of experience, education and examination. We keep active members abreast of markettrends and on-going educational opportunities throughout the year.
We promote to consumers through various media outlets and encourage continuing educational activities soour members meet or exceed the expectations of their affluent customers. Members agree to abide by the
mandatory Code of Ethics.
Membership Categories
Member: licensees at the member level do not have voting rights, adhere to the Standards of Professional Practice, mustbe licensed for at least 6 months, be in good standing with their respective licensing authority and complete a requisitecourse or examination as determined by the Society.Associate Fellow: licensees at the Associate Fellow category have voting rights, adhere to the Standards of ProfessionalPractice, must be licensed for no less than 12 months, be in good standing with their respective licensing authority,complete a requisite course or examination as determined by the Society and must document at least one sale in the top15% of their MLS or area median price during the preceding 12 months.Fellow: licensees who apply and are accepted for membership in the Society as a Fellow represent the highest rankingmembers of the organization and outrank Members and Associate Fellows. All of the requirements described for anAssociate Fellow must be satisfied, however, a minimum of three sales must be documented in the top 15% of their MLSor area median price during the preceding 12 months.
