Start by Finding Your Breath...
Take a few moments to simply breathe and become aware of your natural breath. Inhale through the nose slowly and fill the abdomen fully. Slowly release the air from the top of your ribcage down to the bottom of your abdomen. Notice the coolness of the inhale and the warmness of the exhale as you focus on taking even inhalations and exhalations. By slightly constricting the back of your throat while exhaling, it will even start to sound like the waves of the ocean.
After each pose, breathe in slowly, then out for a total of three (3) times.
1. Prayer Position
Stand with your feet and heels together, hands at your sides, back tall and shoulders back. Bring your hands together in front of you into the middle of your chest.
5. Chaturanga
Inhale, place your hands on the floor and walk your legs back into a pushup position. Exhale, lower yourself down to the floor.
6. Up Dog
Inhale, with your palms on the floor push up at the waist to raise the top of the torso upwards. Exhale, lowering shoulders down toward the back.
7. Down Dog
Inhale, pushing back from the hands and into the feet while keeping the legs and back straight. Exhale, letting the head and neck release.
8. Forward Fold
Inhale, walking your feet to be in line with your hands. Exhale, and fold into your legs.
9. Mountain
Inhale, raising your arms straight out to the sides with palms up and toward each other over your head, bringing the hands together. Take your gaze up to your fingertips.
10. Prayer Position
Stand with your feet and heels together, hands at your sides, back tall and shoulders back. Bring your hands together in front of you into the middle of your chest.

3. Foward Fold
Inhale, open the hands toward the sky. Exhale, and swan dive towards the floor, keeping the legs straight and bending at the waist, fold into your legs.
4. Halfway Lift
Inhale, place you palms onto the top of your shins and look out to a flat-back.

PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIEWhat You’ll Need: - 2 cups frozen sliced bananas - 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt - 1/2 tablespoon ground flax seeds - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter - Your favorite KIND TREE distillate
Directions:1. Place all ingredients into a blender.2. Blend on high until smooth. Add more
almond milk as needed.3. Serve immediately.
MINT ICED TEAWhat You’ll Need: - 3 green tea bags - 1 quart boiling water - 1/4 cup sugar - 1/2 large lemon, sliced into 1/4-inch slices - 1 bunch fresh mint, washed - 2 cups cold water - Your favorite KIND TREE distillate
Directions:1. Brew tea for 10 minutes.2. Pour into pitcher. Add sugar, distillate and
lemon, and swirl in the mint, holding it by the stems and using it to stir and dissolve the sugar.
3. When sugar is dissolved, drop mint and add 2 cups cold water.
4. Refrigerate until cool. Strain mint out before serving and serve cold.
