PE Kit

Our Uniform is ChangingDear Parents and Carers

As you start to think about replenishing school uniform for the next academic year we would like to remind you that our uniform is changing. We are not expecting existing students to purchase a wholly brand new uniform but would ask you to take the opportunity to replace individual elements with the NEW version.

Changes are:• The school badge• The school ties• Key stage 4 pin badges (these will be given out).

• The PE kit

The School expects all students, with the support of their parents, to comply with uniform requirements.

BLAZER Black with the School badge embroidered on.SHIRT Plain white preferably with long sleeves.

TIE Year 7, 8 + 9 House coloured striped tie. Year 10+11 black with school logo on.

TROUSERS Black trousers of suitable material (not denim, lycra, corduroy, jeans, or chinos).

SKIRT

At least touching the top of the knee when standing. Suitable material (not denim, corduroy or lycra).No splits, except for a kick vent in the back of the skirt, not skin tight or tiered.Year 7, 8 & 9 - Dropped waist and box pleated.

JUMPER Black or berry red of a plain design (optional).

FOOTWEAR Plain black. Small heels (20mm maximum) - No boots. Plain black or white socks.

JEWELLERY One pair of ear studs, one small signet ring.

COATS Plain coat, no denim, leather or fur.

HAIR STYLES Natural colour with no shaved patterns or exaggerated styles.

HEADWEAR

Hats and scarves may only be worn outside in severe weather at the Principal’s discretion). Religious headwear such as, hijabs and headscarves should be plain and black in colour. Hair bands are to be black and plain design (no more than 1cm wide).

BAG We advise a suitable size and designed school bag.
