New Hire – What Happens Now?
New person gets hired .. then what?They come in and receive a package?Do they go to H/R (contract, permissions, CRC) and Payroll (benefits, TD1, banking #) separatelyThey go online and get documentation of what they are supposed to do and bring?
Is this different for different groups (teachers, EA’s, support, maintenance?)
Sounds like a lot of printing and ‘management’

New Hire – Get all of your details online! Done when F11 Employee is marked as New Hire Form = YBased on position and new hire = Y. When that employee signs into EmployeeConnect <New Hire>They are presented with a screen of stuff do to and once they have checked everything off, they submit as complete The assigned CIMS ID’s
will see this and the entire hire progress

Tricks
EIS.331 – We will build EmployeeConnect passwords EARLY if we see the New Hire = Y so that they can sign in and complete the <New Hire> process
If you do only offer an email sign-in option for EmployeeConnect, you will have to consider either a second option to sign in by Employee# OR ensure that you have an email in the main email address OR they will not be able to sign-in.
