It was established in 1978.

1978 -> incorporated as Vam Organic Chemicals Ltd.

1983 -> commercial production of vinyl acetatemonomer (VAM)

1985 -> research and development 1988 - > launches its first branded product : Vamicol (

an adhesive product)

1995 -> gets ISO 9001 certification

2008 -> drug discovery partnership with Amgen Inc,USA.

2011 -> receives USFDA approval for donepezilhydrochloride tablets (5 mg to 10 mg)
