bining modern materials and traditional know-how

we create systems that answer today’s tough demands

for fire protection, acoustics and the environment,

without losing the architectural freedom to create

The carrier is attached to an existing T-grid, or other

surface, with a maximum of 600mm in between (100

mm at joints). The fastening clip is screwed to the rib

which then snaps to the grid. The most common

spacing is 12 mm but this can be

increased in increments of

10 mm. Open ends can be

veneered or painted. Fixture

panels are made to specifica-

tion and can be attached to the grid

with fastening clips or hung in the ribs

with a “lip”.

Bärverket skruvas med fördel mot befintlig T-profil,

eller annan yta och installeras maximalt 600 mm c/c

och 100 mm vid skarv. Fästclipset

skruvas till ribban och detta

snäpps sedan till bärverket.

Vanligtvis lämnar man 12 mm

luftspalt mellan ribborna men detta

kan ökas i steg om 10 mm. Öppna ändar

kan faneras eller målas. Eventuella armatur-

plattor tillverkas efter specifikation och monteras i

bärverket med clips eller hängs med läpp mot ribborna.

Dalhem Ribba is a flexible ceiling system for creative

interior designs. The ribs have a substrate in particle

gypsum board or MDF and are wrapped with real

wooden veneer of the best quality. The system is simple

to install and comprise mainly of three components; the

rib, a specially designed carrier grid and a fastening clip.

Due to its construction Dalhem Ribba fulfils the

demands for “Ytskikt Klass 1” for surface spread of

flame according to the standard set out by “Boverket”*.

med stora möjligheter till kreativa inredningslösningar.

Ribborna har en stomme i trägips eller MDF som är

belagd med äkta träfaner av högsta kvalitet. Systemet

är enkelt att montera och består i huvudsak av tre

komponenter; Ribban, ett specialdesignat bärverk

och ett fästclips. Dalhem Ribba uppfyller tack vare

sin konstruktion kraven för Ytskikt Klass 1 enligt

Boverkets NT FIRE 004.

Dalhem Ribba is also well suited for wall assembly.

The specially designed fastening profile ensures

that the installation points will be invisible. The

fastening profile also doubles as a splice for

continuous assemblies.

Dalhem Ribba kan även monteras på vägg. Montaget blir

helt osynligt tack vare den specialdesignade monterings-

profilen. Montagesättet lämpar sig också väl för undertak

där man har snäva radier eller dylikt. Montageprofilen

används även som skarvbleck.

Dalhem Ribba - Wall

For the wall application a special U-profile is used.

The U-profile is attached to the surface - maximum

600 mm c/c - and the rib, with corresponding grooves,

is then pressed onto the U-profile. A dab of carpenters

glue is recommended in the grooves at installation.

Final adjustment is done with a rubber mallet.

För väggmontaget används en speciell montageprofil.

Dalhem Parawood is a ceiling system with a substrate

in steel, wrapped with real wooden veneer. The

system, which also can be installed on walls, comprise

mainly of two components; the panel and the carrier,

along with a selection of accessories, such as splices

and end panels. On the carrier itself there are attach-

ment points for suspensions and absorbents. The

system weighs only 6 kilograms per square metre.

Due to its construction Dalhem Parawood fulfils the

demands for “Ytskikt Klass 1” for surface spread of

flame according to the standard set out by “Boverket”*.

Dalhem Parawood är ett undertakssystem med

en stomme i stålplåt belagd med äkta träfaner.

Systemet, som även kan väggmonteras, består av

panelen, bärverket och en rad olika tillbehör i

I bärverket finns urtag för nedpendlingar och

anpassningar för absorbenter. Systemet väger

endast 6 kilo per kvadtratmeter. Dalhem

DL ListDalhem DL is a panel that covers the exposed t-grid

system. The substrate is made from either chipboard

or MDF and is wrapped with real wood veneer.

The assembly is quick and simple using a fastening

clip (JS-1) that folds around the t-grid.

The illustration above shows a typical DL instal-

lation where the panel covers the exposed t-grid.

The most common installation incorporates two dif-

ferent panel heights - for example, DL16 as a main

runner and the DL12 as the cross member. Joints can

also be done using a block made from solid wood. All

cross members are delivered cut to size in modular

measurements. The panel that runs along the wall is

installed with a different clip.

Dalhem DL är en dekorlist avsedd för montage

på standard t-profil med en bredd av 24 mm.

Stommen är tillverkad i spån eller MDF och

beläggs med äkta träfaner. Montaget är snabbt

och enkelt med ett fästclip (JS-1) som man viker

runt t-profilen och systemet installeras efter det att

akustikplattorna är på plats.

randet är att man använder sig av två olika profilhöjder,

The real wood veneer creates a lively and unique surface

with its natural characteristics that will mature with age.

Dalhem panel is available in all wood types and we only

source materials from suppliers that can guarantee that

the raw material comes from managed and certified for-

ests and plantations. The most common type of surface

treatment is a UV lacquer which gives a strong and main-

tenance free surface. We can also stain or oil the surface

and also match it to existing interiors, such as flooring or

furniture. We also manufacture ribs with a foil imitating

either wood, metal or other structures. Solid colours are

also an option and the choice is yours as to which one.
