Engineering Our engineering team cover a wide variety of roles from maintenance and repair on equipment and vehicles to electrical work and installation to developing new processes to enable us to make innovative new products. We have invested heavily in our business and have more plans for the future. Our engineers have a key part to play in making sure that we can operate most effectively Bakery Our growth is driven by innovation and by quality. We have recognised the need to continue improve the skills of our bakery staff and we have run a very successful NVQ apprenticeship with existing staff this year. We are now looking to start a new programme with new 16-24 year old recruits/school leavers. Office Our administration team covers all the main support activity for the business. They deal with customers, with the processing of orders; they deal with suppliers and the purchasing of ingredients and materials; they deal with providing information and analysis to the bakery; and all aspects of Finance and IT We are working with Kendal College in all these areas and you will need to be able to attend day release there. They have great facilities and offer real practical training. Protection Act. Snowsport training in line with manufacturers requirements.
GCSE grades D and above Maths,English. Appreciation and understanding of
mechanical processes and also a passion for Bicycle.
30 hours a week. 9-4pm.
