Ø Preparing transmittal for customer submission using PIRS software.Ø Updating transmittal log sheet for submission and approval of drawings & documents.Ø Updating MDL (Main Deliverable List).Ø Keeping record of all approval of documents.Ø Submitting inspection call & coordinate for inspection.Ø Follow up with the Customer for necessary approvals.Ø Coordinating with site manager for submission pf necessary documents to customerØ Keeping record of all letter submitted to & fro customer.Ø Coordination for Road Permit from customer for dispatch of materials.Ø Re conciliation of road permits for record & taxation purpose.
Ø Keeping record and preparing monthly attendance for all.
