1. Building has a large open space for arts, crafts, and recreation type uses. 2. DAC owns over 5 acres adjacent (behind) the center. 3. Fitness/exercise classes 4. DWI prevention and AA regular meeting location. 5. Early childhood intervention services (Aprendamos) service location. 6. Small meeting rooms that could be used by a spectrum of users. 7. Quilting and crafts seem to be the largest current use. 8. Facility has small offices (2-3) that are seldom used, may consider lease space

for not-for-profit agencies to provide outreach services. 9. La Semilla cooking classes, GED educational classes, and Martial Arts classes

are held regularly at this location.
