SIGN PROGRAM
Signs shall be of highest quality and shall be consistent with the
project architecture and design theme.
Sign shall be composed of individual channel letters that are
bottom mounted on the new canopy shelf and/or patio ceiling.
Total signage area of each signage not to exceed 65 s.f.
Bottom-mounted signs may be composed of:
· Internally illuminated channel letters
· Trademark logo
May be all metal construction reverse channel letters or acrylic
faced pan channel letter
Letters may not be taller than 20"
Internally illuminated LED
All colors shall be permitted subject to ownership approval
Logos shall be permitted subject to ownership approval. Logos
shall not exceed 30" high.
No greater than four and one-half square feet. And no higher
than 9 feet above the finished grade.
Signage shall be placed below the canopy shelf so as to be fully
integrated with the building design, through such methods as
centering or alignment with major openings or other building
design features.
All electrical wiring and/or other devices necessary for
illuminating signage will be concealed; no upper level signs shall
be permitted; all signage shall be consistent with the Sign Code
requirements.
Other locations and types may be permitted subject to staff
review and approval pursuant to the Architectural Review Board's
Resoulution establishing guidelines for staff review and approval
of signage.
