• Post new ideas in Salesforce (select category “extranet”)
• CAB, and releases together with Salesforce
• Current, known, issues reported by Underwriters:
o P&I Loss Records: For brokers, there will be a change in MyGard in due course; when there is a change of broker within the seven years period, the new broker will inherit the Loss Record, and hence get access to the full loss record for a member
o Brokers that have been acquired by other broker entities: work in
progress
o Producing vs placing broker: reported earlier, no further updates at this stage
