My Selected Genius Ethical Constructive Change Thought Leaders Of 3000 Years Version 11187019
Currently I have divided the Genius Constructive Change Thought Leaders Of
3000 Years to five groups from different centuries period with different levels of
understanding and accepting Universal Mother Earth Rights Code of Ethics as
Layer Human Layer 1 Evolution to Layer 7.
This is the history of my Philanthropist, Technologist, Naturalist, Strategist,
Constructive Change Architecture & Engineering Innovative Ideas Evolution:

Leaders {Layer 6 or 7 Universal Mother Earth Rights Code of Ethics}
Hopefully in next 10 years great majority of humanity realize the risk of existential threats to
mother earth and life on Mother Earth as we know it today and voluntarily change to Layer 7 and
accept Universal Mother Earth Rights Code of Ethics and Lifestyle Changing to match Mother
Earth Rights as the best optimal solution.
Past 100 Years Period of Genius Constructive Change
Leaders
In past 100 years great majority of people in the world were operating in Human Layer 1
Evolution to Human Layer 3 Evolution and establishing Human Layer 4 Evolution in
more advanced countries.
Historical Fact Two World Wars Happened in past 100 years:
World War II was the deadliest military conflict in history. An estimated total of
70–85 million people perished, which was about 3% of the 1940 world population
(est. 2.3 billion).
The total number of military and civilian casualties in World War I were about 40
million: estimates range from 15 to 19 million deaths and about 23 million
wounded military personnel, ranking it among the deadliest conflicts in human
history.

The Middle Ages, or Medieval Times, in Europe was a long period of history from 500 AD to
1500 AD. That's 1000 years! It covers the time from the fall of the Roman Empire to the rise of
the Ottoman Empire. This was a time of castles and peasants, guilds and monasteries, cathedrals
and crusades.

Upon conquering Babylon, Cyrus is said to have proclaimed, “Today, I announce that
everyone is free to choose a religion. People are free to live in all regions and take up a
job provided that they never violate other’s rights.”
This acknowledgement of human rights and freedom of religion—made more than
2,500 years ago by perhaps the most powerful man on Earth at the time—was an
astounding example of benevolence, tolerance, and mercy. True to his word, Cyrus
respected the customs and religions of the lands he conquered. Upon conquering
Babylon, he is said to have freed the Jews there from captivity.
Historians suggest that the Achaemenid Persian Empire of ancient Iran established unprecedented principles of human rights in the 6th century BC under Cyrus the Great. After his conquest of the Neo-Babylonian Empire in 539 BC, the king issued the Cyrus cylinder, discovered in 1879 and seen by some today as the first human rights document.[10][11][12] The cylinder has been linked by some commentators to the decrees of Cyrus recorded in the Books of Chronicles, Nehemiah, and Ezra, which state that Cyrus allowed (at least some of) the Jews to return to their homeland from their Babylonian Captivity. Additionally it stated the freedom to practice one's faith without persecution and forced conversions.[13][14]

Can we try our best to change Now or as predicted waiting for extinction in Next 100 years?
Layer 7 Human Evolution believes in the Universal Mother Earth Rights Code of Ethics,
Constructive Lifestyle Change that maps to interest of Mother Earth and Nature, focus cleaning
past 100 years pollution.
Currently approximately less than 5% of population of world have changed their own lifestyle to
Healthy Organic Whole Food Plant-based and believe in Universal Declaration of Rights of
Mother Earth and The Rights of Nature are considered as {Layer 7.0 Universal Mother Earth
Rights Code of Ethics} and if they believe in one but not the other are { Layer 6.0 Universal

Unfortunately, great majority of world population and their leadership (95%) don’t believe in
Universal Declaration of Rights of Mother Earth and The Rights of Nature and their level of
understanding is between Layer1.0 and Layer 5.0 regarding {Universal Mother Earth Rights
Code of Ethics}
