For Instructional Designers(ID) the emphasis is on quick content delivery that is innovative, visually engaging and certainly mobile. The question is: Can ADDIE alone meet these fast past shifting needs of industry and help us master instructional design for learners of 2019? With a few years experience in ID, I have looked at both ADDIE and AGILE with a new lense and below are my best of for each module.
