WHEREAS:
First and Second Parties are the Higher Educational Institutions
(I) First Party & Second Party believe that collaboration and co-operation betweenthemselves will promote more effective use of each of their resources and provide.each of them with enhanced opportunities.
(II) The Parties intent to cooperate and focus their efforts on operation within the areaEducation and Research. (Seminars, Conferences, Research project, Research articlesfor publication in peer reviewed journals, etc.)
{III) The second party make available the necessary research infrastructure in terms ofrequired Instruments, laboratory facility, library facility, Computer and Internet
facility.(IV) The Parties allowed Mr. D. T. Jadhav Ph.D. Students registered under the guidance of
Research Guide Dr. Ganesh Deshmukh and to carry out their research work in theinfrastructure ofH.P.T. Arts & R.Y.K. Science College Road, Nashik.
(V) Both Parties, being entities in themselves desire to sign this agreement for advancing
their mutual interests.
CLAUSERELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PARTIES
It is expressly agreed that First Party and Second Party are acting under this MoU asindependent contractors and the relationship established under this MoU shall not be.construed as partnership. Neither Party is authorized to use the other Party's name inany way, to make any representations or create any way to make May representationsor create any obligation or liability, expressed or implied, on behalf of the other Party,without the prior written consent of the other Party. Neither Party shall have, norrepresent itself as having, any authority under the terms of this MoU to makeagreements of any kind in the name of or binding upon the other Party, to pledge theother Party's credit, or to extend credit on behalf of the other Party.

Dear Sir/Madam,
The Competent Authority of the Board is pleased to appoint you as an Observer at city 157/NASHIK for Central Teacher Eligibility Test to be held on 08TH DECEMBER 2019(Sunday). You are requested to reach the destination/duty place one day before the day of examination and inform your arrival to the City Coordinator of the concerned city appointed by the CBSE otherwise alternate arrangement will be made by the City Coordinator by appointing another person in your place.
The City Coordinator, CBSE Representative(s) and Centre Superintendent(s) of the city/town
will conduct the briefing meeting on 07TH DECEMBER 2019 at 11.00 A.M or at any other mutually agreed time to review and discuss the entire preparation for smooth and fair conduct of examination along with the observers appointed by the CBSE. In this meeting, you will be informed about the centre where you will have to perform the duty of observer. Without attending this compulsory meeting, you will not be able to perform your duty judiciously. Therefore, you are requested to attend this meeting positively. The venue and timings of the meeting may please be ascertained from the concerned City Coordinator.
You are also requested to read and adhere to the Instruction Manual for City Coordinators,
Centre Superintendents, Invigilators and Observers for CTET DECEMBER, 2019 carefully and accompany the confidential material from the delivery place which will be intimated to you in the briefing meeting on 7th December 2019. Please ensure your presence at the centre till the whole process of examination is over. The question paper packets must be opened in your presence as per prescribed instructions. The balance Question Papers, if any, and of absentees should be sealed in your presence
immediately as per instructions given in the Instruction Manual. The used OMR Sheets must be counted personally and packed in your presence as soon as the examination is over and escort the OMR Sheets/sealed bundles to the collection centre which will also be informed in the above said meeting. Please visit each room during examination frequently and ensure your presence at the examination centre till examination is over. No student be allowed to leave the classroom without the invigilator having counted the OMR sheets submitted after the examination is over.
You are also requested to read and understand the Instruction Manual for the examination

The following documents will be provided to you on the day of meeting with the City
Coordinator on 07-12-2019. You are requested to go through them carefully and take necessary action accordingly.
(i) Information Bulletin for CTET DECEMBER 2019. (ii)A copy of the Instruction Manual for City Coordinator, Centre Superintendents/Invigilators and Observers for CTET-DEC 2019. (iii) Your Photo ID Card (Please paste your photograph at the prescribed place). (iv) TA/DA bill format and Report Proforma Needless to mention that CTET being prestigious and high stake eligibility test, therefore, you
are expected to be very alert and careful throughout the conduct of the exam to ensure that the examination is conducted absolutely in a fair and smooth manner.
Important Information:-All the candidates have been advised to come without any kind of
wrist watch, either it is analogue or digital. For facilitating the candidates to track time during the exam, all the examination centres have been advised to arrange wall clock in all rooms/halls of the examination centre. Kindly read Instruction Manual for detailed information on security matters.
The rates of remuneration payable to the observers are as follows:-
Local Observer Rs.3000/- for Paper I or Paper II only (Rs.2000/- + 1000/- fixed conveyance) Rs.4000/- for Paper I and Paper II both (Rs.3000/- + 1000/- fixed conveyance)
Observer within NCR (Except same city)
Rs.4000/- for Paper I or Paper II only (Rs.2000/- + 2000/- fixed conveyance) Rs.5000/- for Paper I and Paper II both (Rs.3000/- + 2000/- fixed conveyance)
Outside Observer Rs.4000/- for Paper I or Paper II only (Rs.2500/- + 1500/- fixed conveyance)+ TA/DA Rs.5000/- for Paper I and Paper II both (Rs.3500/- + 1500/- fixed conveyance)+ TA/DA Rs.3000/- per day room charges and Rs.400/- per day meal charges(Hotel and meal charges maximum for 2 days for X and Y Cities subject to production of Hotel Receipt) Rs.2000/- per day room charges and Rs.400/- per day meal charges(Hotel and meal charges maximum for 2 days for remaining Cities subject to production of Hotel Receipt)
Fixed conveyance allowance is not admissible in case journey is performed by taxi or self-car. Journey by taxi or self-car is permitted up to 300km @ Rs.10/- per KM only. Claim beyond 600KM for both ways will be limited to only 600kms, subject to the production of toll receipts in case personal vehicle is used failing which the claim will be restricted to the entitled train fare. Air travel is not permitted in any case.
