1. Boy and girl walking in to the distance on grass holding hands symbolising that they are a couple. The setting will be bright to show that they are happy. They will be place just off centre lining with the rule of third, as this catches the audience in as it is in a focal point which immediately draws them into the visual aspect. The shot will be a long two shot as you will see the whole body walking into the distance. The shot will last one second.

There will be a cut to a café where to a boy and a girl will be sat talking to each, they will be getting to know each other as we want it to symbolise that they have just met as the video is going to go through a journey of the two relationship through good and bad times. They will be placed in the middle of a mid two shot as we want to see their body language as they are meeting for the first time as the girl will be shy but will have a weak shield to her as she will be laughing and smiling bring her defences against this guy down. The guy will be confident and funny as he wants to get to know this girl and will persist as he wants to make something out of it. The shot will last two second.

3. Then there will be a cut to a memory of the couples of a mid two shot, where they are being cosy and cuddly touching noses being cute. We will be only seeing to the top part of their front as they will be lay on their front lifting up. The couple will be off centre to the right, as it is a better visual aid for people. 4. Then there will be a cut back to a cafe scene where the couple met.This time the couple will be of them smiling and laughing as they will be more confidence with each other, as they are breaking down the walls because they are being more open with each other. However there will still be a barrier. They will be placed in the centre to show they are the main people who are a recurring throughout the video. As the shot is happening there will be a small zoom as we are getting closer towards them opening up more into the situation. The shot will last two second.

5. Then a cut will occur back to the scene of a memory of the couple being cosy in a park. This time the couple will kiss to show affection towards each other. As they are boyfriend and girlfriend. This mid two shot highlights a happy time for them. The shot will last two second.

6. There next will be a cut will cut back to the cafe scene. The shot will be a two shot of a mid/long shot where it of the couple’s side angle. They will be laughing and smiling showing a happy time for them, as it’s the meeting so everything for them is new. The shot will last three second.

7. Then there will be a cut back to them in the park. The shot will be of them playing and messing about, as when you’re a couple you tend to mess about and have a good time, which portray some of the best times. The shot will be a mid two shot of them. The shot will last two second.

8. Then there is a cut back to the cafe. This is the first time they meet and talk. The boy will walk along and ask to sit down next to the girl. The shot will be a long two shot so we can see everything which is happening in their meeting as we can see their expression and how they social react with each other. The shot will last two second.

9. Then a cut to a close up of the girl appears. She is alone, looks sad. This is as something in the relationship has happened to make this. She will have make up running down her face to add an extra deepen to the emotion as it looks like she has been crying. She will be cuddling a pillow so show that she wants comforts then she hugs the pillow as she just wants someone to help her. The shot will last one second.

Ending so suddenly

10. Then her will be a cut to a flash back to them in the cafe. This is a continuation from the shot before, to when he asked to sit with her. This is a shot from her side of view. The shot will be a close up from the girl side turning into an over the shoulder shot. The shot will last three second.

11. Then there will be a cut back to a memory of them two lying down in the park looking into each other’s eyes, showing their affection and how they love each other. The shot of the will be a close up two shot of the couple, so we can see both of their expressions and to portray that they are in love. The shot will last one second.

12. Then there will be a cut to the same scene of them in the park but at a different angle and positioning, as they will be leaning up and touching noses as a sign of affection. The shot will be a close up of the pair. The shot will last two second.

13. Then there will a cut to a scene of them arguing in a bar. The shot will be of just the girl. It will be a close up of her anger towards her boyfriend. She will be wearing red to symbolise the song “red”. She will be positioned within the left of Guttenberg’s rule of thirds. As she is crossing her arms, this shows that there is a wall which is protecting her, as this shows that she is angry and upset. This is empathised by her walking away. 14. Then there will a shot of the girl singing showing that she is the singer of the song creating a performance concept element. The shot will be of her in the mirror with her face covered in make up to show that she has been crying. The shot is a close of the girl to enhance her emotions. The shot will last three second.

Then there will a pan of a close up shot so we can see what her emotions are towards the picture, memory and the guy. A tear drop will fall onto the picture to show her sadness towards the guy and the picture. The shot will last seven second.

17. Then a cut to a memory of the couple will happen as she is thinking of the good times of them. The shot will be of them back in the park of them being all loved up and cosy as she is cold and he is trying to warm her up so they will laughing and being happy. 23. A cut will occur to later on that night of the girl walking home and the boy chasing after her. The shot will be a long shot which will change to a long two shot as we can see them both coming into the sequence. He will stop her to show that he still loves her and wants to be with her but she is getting sick and tired of his stupid love games. Their gestures will portray how they are feeling towards each other as she has have enough so she is backing away and he just wants her so he is trying to come forward and he holds his hand out as a sign of wanting forgiveness. A track forward will occur as we get closer into the scene we can understand more of what is happening. The shot will last eight second.

24. Then a continuity cut occurs as we get a close up of their reactions and emotions to of what is happening as they argue as he wants her back but she is not having any of it. The shot will last three second.

35. The scene cuts to another where the guy is trying to get the girl back, but he is on his own. The close up of the guy shows that he is devastated that the girl has left him as we can see by his facial expression. The shot will last four second.

36. Then a cut to the mirror occurs to show that this is affecting the both of them as they are both upset. The girl is in a mid shot by her mirroring. From her gesture and facial expression we can see that she is upset. The shot will last three second.

37. Then a cut to the girl with the picture occurs. She is a lot happier now than she was before with the image as she is now getting over him. So she is going through the stuff to get rid of so she wants one final time to look at it before she throws it away. The shot is a mid shot which pans to the left of the girl so we can see more of her. The camera is placed at high angle as she still has the image so to regain the dominance she needs to get rid of it. The shot will last seven second.
