Waste Management observes the following holidays:

Collection service will be delayed one day following the above holidays. If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, there will be no delays.

Waste Management is proud to offer Organic Waste Collection Service to businesses and multifamily properties in Ridgecrest! Basic service is offered at no additional charge for businesses and multifamily properties that generate four (4) or more cubic yards of solid waste per week.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?First, our recycling coordinator will vist your facility to perform an audit to determine factors like: What type of organic waste is being generated? Where is the organic waste being generated? How frequently is collection service needed?

Once our assesment is complete and the appropriate number of containers and educational materials have been delivered, our recycling coordinator can conduct on-site training for you and your staff.

The Law California law requires certain commercial businesses and multifamily properties to have recycling collection services. Those services include mandatory collection of organic materials such as food scraps, food-soiled paper and landscaping trimmings.
