Piping

Piping Is Basically a Small Roll of Fabric. A Piece of Fabric Cut Bias Angularly For Attaching Into a Part of Garments. Besides, Piping Is Also Defined as an Arrangement to Insert the Cord or Ribbon Into a Channel of Garments.

Generally, Piping Has A Narrow Band of Fabric Below It. Piping Used on Clothing & Provides Contrast & Ornamentation. It’s Sewing on to Hems, Sleeves And Collar Edge of Garments. The Material May be Flat or Puffed Out With Cotton or Wool Batting.

LINING Lining: Lining is a extra fabric used to finished the inside of a jacket, coat, skirts, dress or

pants. It is a functional part of a garments and accessories.

Lining fiber types

Linings are available as warp knits but they are predominately woven are made from viscose , polyamide , rayon , polyester, cotton &wool mixture.Viscose fiber have strength, luster , softness.Rayon are similar as viscose but somewhat weaker.Polyamide with excellent tensile strength . It takes dye-stuff very well.Polyester are closely related to polyamide.

Uses of Lining

Linings material can be used for small parts. Pockets & for complete garments, either fully baged out. It can be used in coat, jacket , rain coat , body and sleeve for ladies item such as frock , blouse etc.

Interlining :

Interlining are two types
