Text of Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter PSA

  • Think back to when you were little. Did you have a pet?

  • Remember how much joy they brought to you? What was its name?

  • Did they make you smile after a bad day?

  • Think of all the cats and dogs that are on the street right now that dont have a loving home.

  • Animals are there to comfort us and make our lives better.

  • They become apart of our family.

  • Yet, many animals in shelters are being put to sleep.

  • ..because no one is there to rescue them. But, we can help.

  • By visiting the Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter, you can adopt a cat or dog and give them a loving permanent home.

  • The Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter is a non-profit organization that will never put animals to sleep if there is simply no room.

  • Animals are important to everyone, and every animal deserves a fair chance at having a good home.

  • This shelter promotes spaying and neutering, and also microchipping animals, along with humane education.
