3. Based on decision of Secretary on e.fik on 27.3.201* and on the recommendations made by MoHUA, the

amount of ACA is being rdeased subject to the following conditions:

(1) Necessary sanctions/ approvals/ compliances required wider the stutoiy orhertegulaiosy regime as applicable would be obtained by the authority (los) concerned with the project (s)

(ii) The States Government and impilementingagency shall put in place a monitoring system to come that the project (s) adiieve its sthodtdcd milestone and aivisagod outcomes iiclwig implementation of reforms and utber conditionalities reptirc*1 under the schane.

(iii) These project (s) shall be completed within the period of PMAY-(U) (RAY liabilities) for implementation of projects.

(iv) Utilize the pant in accordance with the appoved guidelines for the implementation of the RAY

Scheme. (v) Provide the State Share in the sharing pattern between the Central Government and the State

Government, as per RAY Scheme. (vi) The State Government shall furnish Utilization Certificates of the Grant released I the prescribed

format (form 19-A) as per GFR-2017 and as provided in the scheme guidelines.

(vii) The funds may be utilized for the purpose for which they are given. Otherwise they will have to be refunded along with interest as per provisions for (IFR-2017.

(viii) Interest on unutilized ACA shall be charged from the date of release of the ACA till date of its final adjustment/recovery, from the Stale concerned..

(ix) Transfers of funds to different aithacs may be made through P1315, as applicable; and where their is an clement of cash trwisters to individual beneficiaries, the same may be made through PFMSIDBT mode, as applicable.

4. Payment may kindly be made to the State Government immediately. The funds may thereafter be released to the implementing agencies without any delay failing which the amowas would be recovered from the State Government with interest for the period of default.

5. The amount is debitable from the account of the Central Govenmient in the books wider the following Head of Account wider Demand No.56 (Plan) of M/o Housing and Urban Affairs for the year 2017-1*:
