So, with a polite indignance, a practiced gait and an ignorance of the polls (but not the poles), it

goes on.

Inside a loosely learned linguistic space the lucid is lost like the leaver of the yeti prints.

Yet the gist shall cut and thrust, manic and indiscrimant.

Yet the wind shall flow and the river blow. The piggies huff as the sower goes to seed.

Of course nature will take the bitten hand that feeds and give back to those in need of deeds.

It is much too difficult to write with this lurid spread pouring into my head.

I hope you’re having a whale of a good time living.

New Tropic - Loiter. 2010. Rangi Recordings.=-##There is a brooding, lurking atmosphere to this debut release. Guitars sparkle, shimmer, waver and fade. Drums beat with an ominous pulse and the restrained vocals conjure. The influences to this album are worn on its digital sleeve. I hear the familiar tones and drones of my faraway home. Precise and considered bubbles of noise rise to the surface of this dark, solitary artwork. The listening experience is one of tune in, drop out, be jolted back in again. There are genres and genre defiers. This EP is the sound of a body being awoken.www.myspace.com/thewormwhoatemylover www.myspace.com/rangirecordings shark pic NOAA photo library http://www.photolib.noaa.gov/

So many grand things and so many good ideas inside a green sea. A whimsical, reciprocal space of repetition, of recurrance. A pulse. A melodic memory dance. Tumbling through and following on. Cycling with inhalation and expiration. The thirsty panic leads to the transparent pool. In the clearing there is space for things to lurk on the borders. The lurkers are the old made new, and awash, a vast space. Drooling. Unshackled the mind roams, broad in scope, loose in the application of the learned lessons. The grasp is unleashed. The green grass grows and the stubborn cease.
