Vernon own ten full claims In Mountain Spring" Canon, Inyo county, Cal., which have been examined by several mining experts, nnd In order that our firm might know and to verify or contradict other reports marie to us concerning the value of the mining properties owned by the Mount Vernon company, we sent D. H. McLelland, a mining man of many years' experience, to the Mount Vernon camp, Instructing him to make the most searching Investigation of their holding" that his Ions; experience would permit, and after reading hla report we assure the public that we are now doubly convinced Mount Vernon people own a mining property which will create one of the greatest sensations that has come about In that line In many years. They are now erecting a new, modern quarts mill upon the property and It Is calculated the mill will be In operation tn the very near future, and that lArge and permanent dividends will Immediately com- mence. ItIs a fact that we are warranted in representing to the public that the dividends will be large, because the ore Is enormously rich. The mine Is thor- oughly developed, more than $50,000 worth of development work having been done on the property, and there is now on the dumps and measured up ready for the mill more than half a million of rich ore. WE DESIRE TO IMPRESS upon the minds of our reader* the fact that Mount Vernon ore will plate fully$50.00 per ton, a large part of which Is bo enormously rich that we do not dare to mention Its full value. We have many samples of Mount Vernon ore In our office, which we will take pleasure In show- ing to any person desiring to make a further Investigation. WE ALSO AOREE to deposit the price of any person's expenses to Mount Vernon camp and return who desires to Investigate their holdings, and Ifthe showing Innot greater than we have ever represented, your expenses both ways willbe paid by us. There are a few scattering blocks of Mount Vernon stock to be picked up In the market and we advise those desiring large profits and permanent Income not to allow the price per share to stand In the way, because we are satisfied from informa- tion in our possession that Mount Vernon will bring FIVE DOLLARS a share before the end of 1905. We also call your special attention to the fact that while Mount Vernon has been a listed stock on the Los Angeles Western MiningStock exchange and closed at 65 cents a share today, we are informed that the com- pany has authorized the secretary of said exchange to wipe Mount Vernon off the board; thnt they had no more stock for sale and did not care whether it was called or not. We shall recommend that the wishes of the company be carried out. We sold Mount Vernon six weeks ago for 10 cents a share and cer- tainly believe the public must appreciate the fact that we gave them the best buy ever offered In the market. There has only been a small amount of Mount Vernon stock sold, the larger portion being held by men who know the property and are holding the stock as an Investment. ML. Vernon Extension While our expert wns examining Mount Vernon mining property, we Instructed \u25a0 him to make a searching investigation of Mount Vernon Extension, because we had been Informed that It was one and the same ns that of Mount Vernon. Mr. McLellanrl's report convinces us of thnt fact and supports his argument with the evidence that upon Mount Vernon Extension property there has been ample work done to uncover more than $200,000 worth of rich ore, which Is now ready < for the mill and we are informed and* believe the same to be true that Mount Vernon Extension Mining company will Immediately purchase a quartz mill to ; be erected upon their holdings, which is practically one and the same as the property owned by the original Mount Vernon. The stockholders nre gentlemen who are amply able to equip the property and we are satisfied that they have no other intention than to commence operating at once, therefore enormous divi- dends may be expected. AVe have a block of Mount Vernon Extension stock to offer the public, at an enormously low price; about 5000 shares will be offered Monday at 10 cents a share. Right here we call your attention to the fact that we have never handled a mining stock for any company not willing to develop and equip the property before the treasury stock was sold. In fact, we have never represented any mining company. WE ARE STOCK BROKERS and advertise and sell such stocks as may be placed In our hands and at such prices as our customers may advise. It is very evident that Mount Vernon Extension stock will move up much more rapidly than did the original stock, for the reason that the mill upon the Mount Vernon property willbe In operation within thirty days and the fact that Mount Vernon will commence paying large dividends, nnd also that the Extension is one and the same thingas Mount Vornon, it will be much easier to convince the public as to the value of Mount Vernon Extension; therefore the price will run up more rapidly than the original stock. MININGINVESTMENTS are the most profitable of all other investments, when you get a stock backed by a real mine. It is also important that the com- pany is in a financial condition to equip their property, for the reason that many good mines are lost, or the profit Is lost to the stockholders for lack of capital to equip the property. We warn you against delay, if desirous of securing a gilt- edged stock, where a large and permanent profit Is assured; quick action Is absolutely necessary. We have several other mining stocks, backed by valuable mining properties. Some of them we have every reason to believe will be classed among the high dividend payers in the near future. If you desire more Information, let us hear from you at once and oblige, Yours very respectfully, Moody (Sk Co* 311-312 Mason Opera House Bldg. Los Angeles, Calif. Clara Goldand Copper Mining Company The mining property owned by thin company. ls located In the Santa Maria Mining district, Yuma county, territory of Arizona. The enormously large body of ore owned by the Clara company has seldom been equalled. While It Is true there are many companies In Arizona backed by very large true fissure veins, we feel eafe in guaranteeing that the Clara company own four as good claims as huve ever been discovered In Arizona. The ledge or vein is fullyfifty feet wide, and since it Is a. fact that the Santa Fe railroad will be passing within three miles of the camp in the near future, we are informed and believe that the same Is true that the Clara company willbe shipping ore within sixty days, and from the report of mining men whose reputation for truth and veracity can- not be questioned we certainly look for Clara to leap upward very rapidly and to be classed among the large and permanent dividend payers of that noted ter- ritory. We have a small block of Clara stock at what looks like a sacrifice prlee and certainly advise our customers i«nd those desiring quick profit to pick up every shade they can carry. We are always prepared to undersell board quo- tations, for the reason that the board sales are not sufficient to consume the amount of stock offered; therefore those desiring to realize at once will sacri- fice their holdings to get the much needed ready cash.' DURING THE EARLY PART of the coming week, T. J. Carrlgan, a mining man of many years' experience who Is thoroughly familiar with the Clara prop- erty can be seen at our office. We are satisfied that Mr. Carrlgan'a references are such that even 'a "Doubting Thomas" would not question his report upon the Clara property, provided you Inquire Into his history. own ten fullclaims In Mountain Spring" Canon, Inyo county, Cal., which havebeen examined by several miningexperts, nnd In order that our firm might

know and to verify or contradict other reports marie to us concerning the valueof the miningproperties owned by the Mount Vernon company, we sent D. H.McLelland, a miningman of many years' experience, to the Mount Vernon camp,

Instructing him to make the most searching Investigation of their holding" thathis Ions; experience would permit, and after reading hla report we assure thepublic that we are now doubly convinced Mount Vernon people own a mining

property which will create one of the greatest sensations that has come about Inthat line In many years. They are now erecting a new, modern quarts millupon the property and It Is calculated the mill willbe In operation tn the verynear future, and that lArge and permanent dividends will Immediately com-mence. ItIs a fact that we are warranted in representing to the public that thedividends willbe large, because the ore Is enormously rich. The mine Is thor-oughly developed, more than $50,000 worth of development work having beendone on the property, and there is now on the dumps and measured up ready forthe mill more than half a million of rich ore.

WE DESIRE TO IMPRESS upon the minds of our reader* the fact thatMount Vernon ore will plate fully$50.00 per ton, a large part of which Is boenormously rich that we do not dare to mention Its full value. We have many

samples of Mount Vernon ore Inour office, which we willtake pleasure Inshow-ing to any person desiring to make a further Investigation. WE ALSO AOREEto deposit the price of any person's expenses to Mount Vernon camp and return

who desires to Investigate their holdings, and Ifthe showing Innot greater thanwe have ever represented, your expenses both ways willbe paid by us. Thereare a few scattering blocks of Mount Vernon stock to be picked up Inthe marketand we advise those desiring large profits and permanent Income not to allowthe price per share to stand In the way, because we are satisfied from informa-tion in our possession that Mount Vernon will bring FIVE DOLLARS a sharebefore the end of 1905. We also call your special attention to the fact that whileMount Vernon has been a listed stock on the Los Angeles Western MiningStockexchange and closed at 65 cents a share today, we are informed that the com-pany has authorized the secretary of said exchange to wipe Mount Vernon offthe board; thnt they had no more stock for sale and did not care whether itwas called or not. We shall recommend that the wishes of the company becarried out. We sold Mount Vernon six weeks ago for 10 cents a share and cer-tainly believe the public must appreciate the fact that we gave them the bestbuy ever offered Inthe market. There has only been a small amount of MountVernon stock sold, the larger portion being held by men who know the property

and are holding the stock as an Investment.

ML. VernonExtensionWhile our expert wns examining Mount Vernon mining property, we Instructed \u25a0

him to make a searching investigation of Mount Vernon Extension, because wehad been Informed that It was one and the same ns that of Mount Vernon. Mr.McLellanrl's report convinces us of thnt fact and supports his argument withthe evidence that upon Mount Vernon Extension property there has been amplework done to uncover more than $200,000 worth of rich ore, which Is now ready <

for the mill and we are informed and* believe the same to be true that MountVernon Extension Mining company will Immediately purchase a quartz mill to ;be erected upon their holdings, which is practically one and the same as theproperty owned by the original Mount Vernon. The stockholders nre gentlemenwho are amply able to equip the property and we are satisfied that they have noother intention than to commence operating at once, therefore enormous divi-dends may be expected. AVe have a block of Mount Vernon Extension stock tooffer the public, at an enormously low price; about 5000 shares will be offeredMonday at 10 cents a share. Right here we call your attention to the fact thatwe have never handled a mining stock for any company not willingto developand equip the property before the treasury stock was sold. In fact, we havenever represented any mining company.

WE ARE STOCK BROKERS and advertise and sell such stocks as may beplaced In our hands and at such prices as our customers may advise. It is veryevident that Mount Vernon Extension stock willmove up much more rapidlythan did the original stock, for the reason that the mill upon the Mount Vernonproperty willbe In operation within thirtydays and the fact that MountVernonwill commence paying large dividends, nnd also that the Extension is one andthe same thingas Mount Vornon, it will be much easier to convince the publicas to the value of Mount Vernon Extension; therefore the price will run up morerapidly than the original stock.

MININGINVESTMENTS are the most profitable of all other investments, when you get a stock backed by a real mine. Itis also important that the com-pany is ina financial condition to equip their property, for the reason that manygood mines are lost, or the profit Is lost to the stockholders for lack of capital toequip the property. We warn you against delay, if desirous of securing a gilt-edged stock, where a large and permanent profit Is assured; quick action Isabsolutely necessary. We have several other mining stocks, backed by valuablemining properties. Some of them we have every reason to believe willbe classedamong the high dividend payers in the near future.

If you desire more Information, let us hear from you at once and oblige,

Yours very respectfully,

Clara GoldandCopper MiningCompanyThe mining property owned by thin company. ls located In the Santa MariaMining district, Yuma county, territory of Arizona. The enormously large bodyof ore owned by the Clara company has seldom been equalled. While It Is truethere are many companies In Arizona backed by very large true fissure veins,

we feel eafe in guaranteeing that the Clara company own four as good claimsas huve ever been discovered InArizona. The ledge or vein is fullyfifty feetwide, and since it Is a. fact that the Santa Fe railroad willbe passing withinthree miles of the camp in the near future, we are informed and believe thatthe same Is true that the Clara company willbe shipping ore within sixty days, and from the report of mining men whose reputation for truth and veracity can-not be questioned we certainly look for Clara to leap upward very rapidly and tobe classed among the large and permanent dividend payers of that noted ter-ritory. We have a small block ofClara stock at what looks like a sacrifice prleeand certainly advise our customers i«nd those desiring quick profit to pick upevery shade they can carry. We are always prepared to undersell board quo-

tations, for the reason that the board sales are not sufficient to consume theamount of stock offered; therefore those desiring to realize at once will sacri-fice their holdings to get the much needed ready cash.'

DURING THE EARLYPART of the coming week, T. J. Carrlgan, a miningman of many years' experience who Is thoroughly familiar with the Clara prop-erty can be seen at our office. We are satisfied that Mr. Carrlgan'a referencesare such that even 'a "Doubting Thomas" would not question his report uponthe Clara property, provided you Inquire Into his history.
