To build and construct a cobble- paved gutter along each sldo of said New Hampshire avenue, from the south line of Ninth street to the north line of San Marino street (excepting along such portions of the line of said road- way upon which a cement or granite block gutter has already been, con- structed to the official line and grade). Said gutters shall be three and one- half -(34) feet In width, excepting at Intersections of streets, where said gut- ters shall be seven (7) feet in'wldth; and said gutters shall be constructed in accordance with the plans and pro- file thereof on file in the office of the City Engineer, and in accordance with specifications for the construction of cobble-paved gutters on file In the of- fice of the City Clerk, said specifica- tions being No. 7 (New Series). Provided all of said work is done un- der the supervision of tho Street Super- intendent of said city, and fully com- pleted to his satisfaction and accept- ance on or before the fifteenth day of August, 1905. Sec. 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause It to be "published once in the Los Angeles Herald, and thereupon and thereafter It shall take effect and be in force. That it is the Intention of the Council of the City of Los Angeles to establish the grade of INEZ STREET, from Euclid avenue to a point 625 feet east of the east line of Euclid avenue. In accordance with th-e following elevations: At the intersection with Euclid avenue the grade shall be 828.12 at the northeast corner and 327.74 at the southeast corner, as now established on Euclid avenue. At a point on the north side 140 feet east of the east line of Euclid avenue the grade shall be 327.33 and 327.01 at a point on the south side opposite thereto. At a point on the north side 150 feet east of the east line of Euclid avenue the grade shall be 327.24 and 327.92 at a point on the south side opposite thereto.
